LIVING SPACE

The large modern family lounge overlooks the pool deck and features two large sofas. It has a 55” flat-screen smart tv. The family room is extremely spacious and leads directly into the open concept kitchen complete with island / breakfast bar and dining area that seats eight people. The layout creates a fantastic and welcoming family living space.

BEDROOMS

The large master bedroom walks out directly to the private pool and has a King-size bed, large 50” flat-screen smart TV, walk-in closet (wardrobes), and a generous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet / WC with second wash room that can also be accessed directly from the pool area. The second master has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, large 50” flat-screen smart TV and large en-suite bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, spacious tub and separate WC. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 43” flat-screen TV and fitted closet space. The fourth bedroom has two twin (single) bunk beds (sleeps 4) and fitted closet space (wardrobes).

OUTSIDE SPACE

The south-west facing pool deck with views of the conservation to the rear of the property has a private pool and a covered, outdoor dining table with seating to enjoy alfresco dining. There is a good amount of patio space to relax by the pool in the Florida sun whilst using the complimentary gas BBQ. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend pool heat from October to April. Guests can also enjoy the resort amenities free of charge
